Project involves the design review and supervision of the construction of 21 Km of an urban Bypass to the Northern side of Kampala City with 9 bridges, 6 round abouts and 2 interchanges. The road, which is on a completely new alignment is to be dualled for the 1st 3.5 Km and then a single carriageway for the remaining 17.5 km (with a provision for dualling in the future
